Ventilation is more important than ever in our buildings with the introduction of Part L2 of building regulations. Ventilation can assist in temperature and humidity control, removal of stale air and provide fresh air.
The object of providing good ventilation in commercial buildings will give conditions of which people can work in comfort and safety.
This can be done individually or Heat Recovery ( HR ) systems of which remove stale air recovering the heating or cooling energy to either warm or cool the incoming fresh air.
80% energy efficiency can be met ( subject to site conditions) These systems can be linked to air conditioning systems if required and qualify on the Enhanced Capital Allowance list.
